I finally had clients who preferred a sunrise photo session over one at sunset, since it works out better with their working schedule.
I have to say, the beach is beautiful in the early morning just after sunset. There are not many people and everything seems to be so fresh and just beautiful.
We started our session at 6:45am, 15 minutes after sunrise. It was totally worth it. I love how the pictures turned out.
This family is expecting another baby boy in a few days. They decided to get some maternity photos done, before the baby arrives. And ones the baby is born they want a Fresh 48 session at the hospital.
I'm excited to meet their new bundle of joy. It was a fun session we had a Dania Beach. Gabriel was such a cute little guy and loved being in the pictures.
South Inlet Beach Park in Boca Raton is a beautiful beach for a photo shoot. The rocks of the inlet make such a great background and offer lots of different options for interesting photos.
We had to reschedule this maternity session a couple of times due to bad weather.
Korynn and Willie are expecting their first baby. There was so much love between these two, it was beautiful to see and you can tell when you look at the photos. See for yourself.
Little Java's Indoor Playground and Cafe is a great place for a Birthday Party. They have a lot of inflatables for the kids to play on and have several rooms for parties.
Yousef's 4th Birthday Party was a Jungle Theme. His parents did an awesome job with all the decoration and Yousef's matching outfit. The beautifully decorated table with the cake made for some great family pictures.
Mason was the perfect Baby Model for his 1st Birthday Photo Shoot. He was so happy and smiley and loved the camera. It was such a joy taking photos of this adorable guy.
Mason's Mom had all these awesome Mickey Mouse Theme props, which made the photos even more interesting.
The Cake Smash was a lot of fun too. Mason destroyed the whole cake in a matter of seconds. And the few licks of it he had, he didn't even like. ;)
This Maternity Session at Tree Tops Park was held in the afternoon. There are many trees in this park, which offer a lot of shady areas. That way you can have photo shoots throughout the day and don't have to worry about the sun, like at the beach where it's not shady at all.
The family of 3 is expecting a baby girl. They had so many great ideas for the shoot. I really liked them. It was a lot of fun.
My friend Lindsay is expecting her second Baby. She told me a while ago, that she wants me to take her Maternity pictures. I'm honored that she chose me, since she worked with different photographers before.
Since we live in the same area, we wanted to meet at a beach close by and agreed to Dania Beach. Sadly the park there closes too early for a sunset photo shoot, but the beach by the pier is a beautiful spot too. The tricky part was, working around all the people there - the beach was packed!
Jaxon was not in the mood for a photo shoot at all. We were able to get a handful of shots and then all he wanted to do was play with the sand. But he thought it was fun throwing sand at the baby and that's how we got the belly close up with all the hands in it. ;)
Towards the end Jaxon didn't mind the pictures as much and I got some nice ones with him.
Chelsia and her four friends are enjoying a Birthday Party Trip in Miami Beach. Chelsia is turning 28 and she loves birthdays. She contacted me two months ago already to schedule a session.
It was so much fun working with these lovely women. And a nice change to all the family shoots I do. I enjoy doing something different, and I'm always open for new ideas.
I think it's an awesome idea, to capture a special event with a professional photo shoot.
This family had more than one reason for a photo shoot. Not only are they enjoying their family vacation at the beach, they are also celebrating their 20th Anniversary and their daughter is graduating High School.
Dana told me, at the beginning of the shoot, that she's also a photographer and doesn't have enough photos of herself with her family. I know all about that. ;)
We had some very interesting weather. It was raining before the shoot and the lighting was very interesting, while the sun started to set.
The sky turned a lot darker during the shoot but the sun was still shining and created a beautiful color of the ocean.
We were able to wrap it all up, just before it started to rain. It was perfect timing.
I couldn't leave right away, I had to take some more pictures. And it was so worth it, because there was a rainbow all of a sudden.
Yet another photo shoot in Miami. This time at Sunny Isles Beach.
I love to have a reason to drive along the beach in touristy areas. It gives you such a nice vacation feeling, even though you are there for work. I love what I do and it doesn't feel like work at all.
Just another day in paradise, right? ;)
And then I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful family of 6.
They warned me, little Allyx doesn't like to smile for the camera. But look at this adorable smile!
